Doug Neville Awarded Virginia State Lifetime Achievement Award

On June 25, 2023 Doug Neville was awarded the Virginia State Lifetime Achievement Award for his more that 30 years of dedicated service to Little League.  Doug has been a dedicated volunteer at the league level serving as a team manager/coach for 8 years and a volunteer umpire for 26 years.
